How can I view my form

I am unable to view my form IMPRUVe Internship Applicaton to edit it.  I could 2 days ago, but not now.  I had one submission at my webmail, but the inbox shows zero submissions. 

 I tried under two different email addresses:  ayomaat@gmail.com and presient-ceo@impruve.org

I have checked account. There is no form that named "IMPRUVe Internship Applicaton". Did you remove it before? Also, I checked your e-mail address "presient-ceo@impruve.org"and there is no account under this e-mail.
