Conditional Logic

    Good Morning,

    I have two questions...

    1. I have a conditional logic for a yes/no option. When yes is selected, the text box should be required and when no is selected, the text box should NOT be required. For some reason, for the second question, the text box is still required and I am unsure what I am doing wrong with the conditional logic form.

    2.

I have selected the option for the end of the application to be re-directed to our website but every time I test it, it does not re-direct.

    Thank you!

    1. I have a conditional logic for a yes/no option. When yes is selected, the text box should be required and when no is selected, the text box should NOT be required. For some reason, for the second question, the text box is still required and I am unsure what I am doing wrong with the conditional logic form.

I checked your form and I was able to replicate the issue. I cloned your form and checked the conditions and I can see that you only set the Enable/Require Field condition for these fields:

    54. Is the athlete required an inhaler?
    55. Please explain instructions for inhaler use.

You also need to apply this condition on all fields not just the number 54 and 55. See image below:

Please try it again and let us know how it goes. Thank you.

I still don't understand this. I don't understand where you are getting 54/55

You can find the fields 54. Is the athlete required an inhaler? and 55. Please explain instructions for inhaler use in the IF drop down menu of the condition. This represents the number of the field from your form.

You need to set the enable/require field condition to all of the question is the athlete prescribed an inhaler? and Please explain instructions for inhaler use.

You need to create a condition on each fields so that they will be required if the condition is met.

If you need more clarification, don't hesitate to contact us again. Thank you.
