I noticed the maximum upload size on the free account is 300MB. If I upgrade to the pay option with that size also increase, and if so, how much?

    Thank you,

    Hello Bennett,

Free accounts are allowed only 100MB file storage space. When the account reaches this limit, the form shall automatically be suspended temporarily until the storage space goes lower than this allotment.

For more information on files storage capacity per subscription type, you can check this pricing page: https://www.jotform.com/pricing

But if you are referring to the file size capacity per file to be uploaded, the safest is to a maximum of 300MB, going beyond this will at risk for premature termination of file upload transfers. Although the normal allowable maximum limit is 1GB.

The 300MB max file size per file is a limit set for Dropbox. So if you have a form which accepts file uploads and it is integrated with your Dropbox account, it can only handle files with a size up to a maximum of 300MB. Beyond this, will not transfer the files to your Dropbox account.

You can check this guide for more information: https://www.jotform.com/help/33-Changing-the-File-Upload-Size-Limit

    Thanks.
