She no longer works her.
I also tried to delete this automatic reply entirely. I followed the instructions sent to me by John benson but did not succeed.

Your notification email is setup correctly, however, your autoresponder email also needs updating:
While editing the autoresponder, click on the "Advanced" tab, then change the sender email to "noreply@jotform.com":
