When a customer fills out a form it does not send us (dss@datasystemsservices.com) an email

Hi,
I have checked your email address. I noticed that it was in our bounce list and I removed it from the bounce list.
You can also check and remove your email from the bounce list. Please have a look at the following guides:

On the other hand, the most effective way to prevent email bouncing is using your own SMTP settings. Please have a look at this guide: How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
