    I want to have an Excel-sheet, report, automatic attached for each of the submissions.

    : I want to have an Excel-sheet, report, automatic attached for each of the submissions that sent along with the Notification email only, not the auto-response. Today you can choose to have it as PDF, but is it possible to have it as Excel instead? Can also be CSV.

    Unfortunately, the notification settings only has the option to attach a PDF file of the submission. It is not possible to attach an Excel file. However, you could create an Excel report: https://www.jotform.com/help/101-How-to-Create-an-Excel-Report, and include the generated report URL in the notification:
