When I request a test email to check the formatting from my form: First Time Home Buyer Registration Form I never get it.
Am I missing a setting?

Did you change the recipient email that is supposed to receive the email notification? Is it different from the email address associated with your account? If it is, then you will not receive the "Test E-mail" on the new email address. Please be noted that "Test E-mail" is sent to the email address on the account by default. If you want to test the email notification of your form that should be sent to another email address, I suggest you fill up your form and make an actual test submission.
