Dear support team,
I have just received a message stating that my education discount was approved : thank you for that.
However, when I click the link in the email, or when I go to my account, the regular pricing is still showing up and it seems that I am unable to access education pricing.
Could you please let me know how to do it?

In the confirmation email you should see the image similar to this...
Just click on the Upgrade button to the right for the subscription plan you prefer. Then just follow the succeeding instructions to complete the upgrade payment process.
Let us know if you're still not able to do it.
