We've received three form submissions with payments, but I can't find the money anywhere. When I set Jotform I connected it to either our square account or PayPal, but I cant find those details anywhere.

You can review the successful submission payments in your form view submission panel.
User guide: How-to-View-Form-Submissions
As for the money, it should be in your payment account (square or paypal) which you have used in the form payment integration.

Hi, the link you sent did not answer my question. Jotform states that I have already connected the form titled, Team Survivor Northwest Snowshoe Trip, to a payment processing service (either Square or Paypal), however I cant locate the funds in either. I want to make sure the payment processing is set up correctly in Jotform. Is there anyway you can check that for me? If everything is set up correctly with Jotform then I will contact Paypal or Square to see what the issue is.

I checked your account and I see that you integrated your form with Square successfully:
Also, I checked your submissions history and found one there:
I see in logs that you deleted that submission. So Submission went through if you didn't receive payment please check with Square. If the issue still persists, please get back to us.
