Youtube widget device app not supported

I have same problem, youtube does not work, help me: this is my form

I test your form https://www.jotform.me/form/63327126812452 and the video in the youtube widget is playing just fine.

Please try also on other device browser. Perhaps the issue was only happening on the current device browser you used.

Let us know if issue remains.

Thank you for contacting us. I inspected your form and Youtube widget worked fine. However, when I inspected the website you have provided I was able to replicate the same problem, the video could not be loaded.

It seems like you embedded your form with Wordpress plugin. Please embed your form with iFrame.

1. Kindly click on Publish button.

2. In the Embed segment, choose iFrame option and embed the code shown below to the website.
