I wrongly upgrade my account (francofarnedi) to pay plan, while I would like to extend my regular user (ffarnedi)
so please, can you refound me my 114$ and delete my account francofarnedi?

I have now cancelled your subscription on JotForm. However, since you subscribed JotForm through PayPal you will also need to cancel your JotForm subscription on your PayPal account too. Please see how you can do it:
I have also added your account to the refund list and you'll receive your money back in a timely manner.
I have deleted your account francofarnedi as well per your request.
