Compatibility Print to PDFAsked by freesky65 on December 02, 2016 at 01:43 AM
I add print to pdf button at the end for the user can have their filled form in pdf format.
Problem is that not all the device working. Question :
1. Is there any compability this features related with os version? browser?
2. How can i solve that
The print button that you're referring to is actually the print button that will let the user print the information from browser to paper. Although secondarily, converting it to PDF is another applicable method to print.
So basically, this depends on the computer or the device if it has a capacity to convert the information from the browser to change it to PDF.
One method that I could think of for your form users to receive a PDF copy of their submission is to allow the download of the PDF link or enable the PDF attachment of the submission to an autoresponder email in your form.
However, if this will not fit your needs, please let us know.
