    Hi,

I am wondering if you guys offer a solution to provide a reward coupon code to a member, after each time he submits the form?

For example, if my member fills the survey and submit, he gets a reward coupon code "1234" to use on my website for online shopping? But as this coupon code is only one time use, it will be taken out of the list of coupon codes that I provided to be used after submit button.

    Thanks

    Aman Antal

I assume that you will have two different forms and that your online shopping form on your website is JotForm form.

On your fist form that will provide your users reward coupon code you can use Unique ID widget to create unique code.

    https://www.jotform.com/help/79-How-to-Add-Custom-Unique-IDs-to-your-Form-Submissions

You can display Unique ID on Thank you page of your first form or you can send your users unique ID via Autoresponder email

Then inside of your second form you can create coupon codes and use Unique ID code from first form as coupon code name. Inside of this guide you can find how to add coupon code in the payment form: https://www.jotform.com/help/233-How-To-Add-Coupon-Code-in-the-Payment-Form

If you want that coupon code is used only once that you will need to set Coupon Limit to 1.

However please note that if you want to allow your users to use coupon codes right after they submit first form you will need to set coupon codes in advance inside of your second form. Unique ID will be increase by 1 each time your form is submitted, so you can predict future codes.

In case that you want to create coupon code after you receive submission from first form, than you will need to inform your users that they will not be able to use coupon code right away.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
