I checked your account and I saw that you have canceled your current subscription through Paypal. I added you to our Paypal refund queue.
Secondly;you will have form limit which is 5 for free account when you downgrade your account back to free. As I checked your, you have currently 10 forms. When you are back to free, all these 10 forms will be grandfathered but you can not create a new form unless you delete at least 6 of them.
However, you would like benefit from our discount offer as I understood from your original post. If you want to move your forms in your other accounts to this one, I can suggest you to first upgrade again your subscription to a plan according to your form number. I mean, If you have more than 25 forms in your all account in total, bronze plan would be insufficient. You can check details from your pricing page. Here is the screen shot of your pricing page where you can see the form limits.
After that, please request us again regarding moving your forms. Please also note that you need to write us from the account where the form will be transferred and please also do not forget to tell form IDs and the target username.
