My company has tried to with no success to receive some technical support on our free service. We wanted to try it out before we actually purchased a subscription. I would have liked to purchase your product but I was not able to get any assistance as a result I must look elsewhere for the product.

We are sorry to hear about this concern. So far, I do not see any pending concerns left unturned over in the past hour, and the ones that are left unanswered are the questions by users within less than an hour ago. Do you have a username which we can look into and see what has happened to those? Or can you also check your spam folder if in case the responses landed there?
