Can I attach a pdf file to send with the Thank You page?

It is not possible to attach the PDF to the Thank you page, but you can provide a downloadable link to the PDF file to the Thank you page. To do this:

1. Click the Thank You button in Form Builder.

2. In the Thank You window click Form Fields and choose PDF Link in the drop down.

3. You should see this {pdf-link}. After that, please click the Save Changes button.

4. This link should appear in your Thank You page once a submission is made.

That is a link to the form submission.

How do I change the displayed text to "Download Bank Mandate" for example 

and specify a particular link?

While editing the thank you page, add the link to your file instead of our PDF.  Click the link button:

Then, insert the URL of your file.
