Is the "100 Submissions" under the Starter Pricing (free) monthly or annually?

    I just want to make sure i can have 100 a month and that it's not per year.

    On a free plan, you can receive up to 100 submissions each month, or up to 10 payment submissions when your forms are used to collect payments.

    That is a monthly limit, and your submission counters will reset at the first day of each month. If you go over your monthly quota, your forms will get temporarily disabled until the counters reset on the first day of next month.

    There is also another limit for free plans, where your account can store only up to 500 submissions in total at any given time. This limit on the total number of submissions will not disable your forms in any way. It only means that if you go over 500 submissions, as you receive new submissions, your oldest submissions will be automatically removed to make room, so that a free account will store no more than 500 submissions at any given time.

    To prevent such data loss, we recommend that you export your submission data into Excel or CSV at regular intervals:
