I want visitors to my WordPress website to submit simple forms that trigger emails. (This is for an email campaign: The forms are pre-filled emails to specific legislators, urging them to end child marriage in America.)
I've been using the free Contact Form 7 plugin for this, but the plugin apparently can't handle the high volume of emails (about 8,000 over the last few months), and it keeps malfunctioning.
Would JotForm be a better option? If so, which version would work best, and do you have any advice for me?
I have checked your web page and see that there are several links to display the form. Does each form send an email individually to a single recipient or multiple recipients? You may design a form with JotForm and setup a notification to send it to the required recipients. You can also send the notification to multiple recipients for each JotForm.
If you are expecting more people submitting the form in a month, you may need to upgrade your account to a paid subscription. Please check the subscription plans available and you may compare them and choose as per your requirement.

Each form triggers two emails, one to a legislator and a BCC to me. I hope to get thousands of visitors to submit the emails, some simultaneously.
Is JotForm a good platform for this? If so, which level of account do you recommend, that can handle this volume of email?
It is not an issue to send emails after filling the form since it is already a feature available with JotForm. We are already handling millions of form submissions and emails every week. So technically, the emails that you are sending doesn't matter at all. You may choose the plan as per your requirement based on the form views and submissions that you are receiving.
