I want to change the way my excel data base is tabulating the information. I want to have an order in the tabulating because this is causing me problems. Instead of just separating the information in different cells, I need to have an order like in the picture below. If there is any way please let me know.

You could use a matrix field instead of a checkbox field:
Though, the data would be exported in a single cell when exported in Excel format.
