I just created a form with Square payment and did a test payment yesterday. I can't see the payment on Square and called them and Square can't see it as well. I would like to know the status of the payment so I can use the form.

Hello Aviv, we don't have phone support. However, we'd be more than willing and happy to help you here in a timely manner.
I checked that form and found just 1 submission. It shows the Square Transaction ID and the total amount charged. Since we don't process the payments directly, I would suggest you try this guide from Square's support page on how to Search for Transactions: https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/5145-transaction-search
Please keep in mind that the only transactions logged on our end would be the submissions. You may also try giving the Transaction ID to Square to see if they can help in locating that transaction. That ID can be found on your Submission Page https://jotform.com/submissions/63216182978262

I checked your form https://www.jotform.com/63216182978262 and I see it currently is connected and in Live mode.
Can you please confirm if this was resolved already.
