I have two forms set up so our franchisees can submit their contact info and begin a case study submission, receive a link so they can work on the information, save, and return to finish at a later date.
The two forms are:
Case Study Form: Contact -- https://form.jotform.com/51464856563969
Case Study Form MAIN -- https://form.jotform.com/51464395762968
I have tried to submit a test form, starting with the Contact and it is not recording in JotForm dashboard, nor have I received the email to continue my form.
The user Karen Kurka has tried to return to the form via a link she received a few days ago, and all her subsequent info is missing.
Please advise.
My email is sragland@ramjack.com; I am our forms/web administrator.
Our account email is under it@ramjack.com, which I can also access if need be.

I tested your form and both the form submission and the associated email look worked correctly:
The data is present in your Jotform account. Is the form embedded to a web page by any chance? If so, let us know and we will be happy to check that as well.
As far as I can tell though, your form is functioning as it should.

We send the link directly to our franchisees. It does seem to be working now; it wasn't earlier for me.
