Hi again Sarah, would it be possible for you to share with us the Form URL/ID you're currently working on, along with the email address in question?
We need to check and ensure first that the issue you're having is the same as the one being discussed on the thread you replied to.

Have the MX records been added? I have 90 forms and need to know that they are working correctly. It would be very time consuming to change everyone of them.

The issue has been forwarded to our backend team on the other thread https://www.jotform.com/answers/1002340. However, there is no update yet on this issue. Once we have any information in this regard, it will be updated on the respective thread.
