    Add Item Title to Paypal Pro integration

    Hi there!

    I am using a Paypal Pro template/wizard. With other applications, our Paypal administrator gets an email that a deposit has been made to the account that includes an Item Title field. This tells the treasurer what it's for so that it may be coded appropriately for accounting purposes. When we tested our JotForm, that line is showing up as exactly "Item Title" instead of the name of the actual item (i.e. T-Shirt). Is there a way to do this?

    I am not sure if I understand your query correctly. Do you mean to say that the product title is not displaying correctly in your PayPal account? Could you provide us with the form ID and a screenshot of the issue or an example with the product title on the form? This would help us in understanding the issue better and provide you with necessary assistance.

    I have asked the paypal administrator to forward me the email she receives, and I am seeing all of the info there as expected. So now I'm just as confused as you are. I will let you know if I find something else...otherwise, case closed.
