This form does not show up in our Wheaton College account

    It does show up when the sub account signs in, but I don't see it in the master account.  The user is finding that changes are not being saved overnight.  She sees them changed when she edits and confirms the change using the form link, but the next morning the changes disappear.

    The form you have linked to (form 63356330336149) was created by a free account with username carolgetz. As such, this form exists in her account.

    If you want a form to be in your account WheatonCollegeForms, then please create the form within the primary account. A form always belongs to the account which created it, and is therefore limited by the subscription plan of that owner account.

    We can move that form from Carol's free account into your primary paid account, but in order to move the form a request must be posted from the account that owns the form. So if you want the above form to be in your main account, Carol can simply open a support thread in our forum requesting for her form to be moved to your account, and we will be happy to assist.
