How long does it take to post a URL to Zapier upon a submitted form?

Usually, our integrations are fired as soon as a submission is received. This is because with integrations that we have built, it is us that fire the forwarding of data from JotForm to the integrated service, so we can do this as soon as a submission is received.

However, with Zapier, it is Zapier themselves that fire up zaps, at the frequency that Zapier displays when you are setting up your zap:

This is because Zapier is an outside service, and as such they need to utilize our API to check whether there are any changes within your account. As each API call they make causes a load on our system, every JotForm account is limited with how many API calls it can make per day.

That is why Zapier tries to check your new submissions at reasonable intervals, in order for your account not to run out of AI calls prematurely.
