I tried just adding the link to an email that I created in gmail, but my test recipient could not open the link. I saw some instructions stating that while in my form, I should go to Emails and click the edit button. I did that, but I was totally confused as to what to do from there. I need really simple, basic, first grade instructions. Thank you.

I checked your account under haastiff, but failed to find any forms created. The Form URL you included on your post though belongs to another owner, and I'm seeing you were just added to that account as a subuser.
If all you need to do is share/send the form to someone else via email, then just include this this link to the body of your email https://www.jotform.com/63356073449158
e.g.
Hi,
Here's the survey form that you need to fill out https://www.jotform.com/63356073449158
Regards,
Jim
However if you wish to use JotForm itself to share/send the form to someone else, then we have a complete, detailed, step by step guide (with screenshots) on How-to-send-a-form-via-email
