How do you submit a questionnaire?

    I edited a questionnaire and to make sure it would work I sent it to myself but I can't find a submit button or any way to make it send the filled out form back.

    I noticed that there was no Submit button on your form https://www.jotform.us/form/63328371928160

    Please just add the Submit button, save your form, and that should fix the problem.
