If changes are made in a form, is the integration with Google spreadsheets automatically updated?

    If I edit field names or add new fields to a form, will these changes be automatically updated in the linked Google spreadhseet that had been integrated with the form before making the changes?

    As per checking, when you update a field name and or add a new field in your form that is integrated on the Google Spreadsheet, the changes on the form will be reflected when there is a new submission on the form.

    For Example, I have a field with label "Test E-mail".

    I have updated the "Test E-mail" field label to "Email" and added a new field. Upon new submission, the Google Spreadsheet integrated to the form is updated.
