Facebook Advertisement promoted by JotForm

    Can anyone reply ASAP on my question.

    I fill the form in facebook advertisement promoted by JotForm, and send the mobile as mentioned in the below screenshot. And it costs (35 OMR Oman currency). My doubt is.. Is it brand new?, is there any warranty?, is there any return policies if any damages?. 

    Because I cant see the product until I pay the money, Please reply me ASAP.

    Can you provide us more information regarding your concern? Please also provide us the Facebook link to the form you filled up or the link to the Facebook Advertisement powered by JotForm that you mentioned so we can further check the issue?

    Hi team,

    I saw some advertisement in the facebook, so I just order the mobile by selecting the model as mentioned in my 1st post. 

    Next day I got a mail from jotform, check the below screenshot which I received. And today morning I received a call from courier service that the mobile came, and asking me the exact point of delivery address. I ask courier boy, like can I check the mobile before payment, he said no sir I am courier boy. It is not possible. Let me know wether I need to pay money and take it or not.     That email belongs to one of our users that used our Service for form building.

    My advice is to try to contact that user via email you provided since we can hardly help because JotForm is online form builder and we don't have control over what our users are doing with their forms.
