I've created a paypal form but cannot figure out this issue:

I'm selling cooking classes and have a limit of 12 attendees per class. Creating a button in Paypal allows me to set up an auto response to customers if my limit has been reached. How do I access that feature through my Jotform Paypal form?

To my understanding, you're looking for a way to send an auto-response to your customer if the limit of your PayPal account for receiving payments has been reached, is that correct?

Although there is no way you can set that within the PayPal payment field in Jotform, please be reminded that when your form respondents (customers) submit your order form, they will still be redirected to the PayPal page to process their payment and whatever it is that will trigger the auto-response should still be triggered if the limit of your account for receiving payments is reached. You may also want to ask PayPal regarding this.

However, you can also set a maximum number of submission that you would like to only receive through your form. Please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/137-How-to-limit-submissions-in-a-form

I hope this helps. If, in any case, I have misunderstood your concern, please feel free to contact us again anytime and provide us with more details so we can help you further.

    Thank you.
