    You are able to edit the form anytime you want. I checked your website and it seems to be redirected to a secure form url. On what browser are you having warning messages? I'm using Firefox 13 and IE9 and it looks fine.

    Question, when I fill out a CC, I get an insecure message as well. Could you check this out. The forms are secure JotForm forms and the web pages are https enabled. Authorize net is working in test mode without a problem but I want to make sure this passes muster. The links on either side of the layout, outside of the form pages are not secure so I don't know if that is the problem. Any help on this would be terrific.

    @remoran,

    Can you please retake again your form code, this time checking the secure form box? Here's how:
