    On a smart form my sign up form is not working (PayPal)

    In the PLAYER INFORMATION section there is a pricing section (3 options).

     

    It does not allow you to select anything on a smart phone?

     

    Can you look into why that is happening?

    I have tested your embedded form on my Samsung Galaxy S4, but I was not able to replicate mentioned issue. I was able to select all options on pricing section of your form.

    Were you able to resolve your issue? If not please tell us on which mobile device are you not able to select pricing option. 

    I also saw that your form is embedded on Wix website. Did you embedded your form with iFrame code? If not please try to re-embed it with iFrame code to see if that will resolve your issue.

    I tested it on two phones.

    My Samsung worked fine. It was my iPhone that had the problem. I have an iPhone 7. What happened is I clicked on that exact same area and it would zoom in on the selection. It would eventually allow to to select the payment catagory...but sinced it was zoomed in you are unable to zoom back out. So what happens is the system times out and you are never able to finish the payment transaction.

    Can the team look into this bug.

    The JotForm works fine on my laptop (which is a mac), on my work computer (which is a PC), my android smart phones... it just seems to not be owrking on my iPhone7?

    Can you not zoom in/out using two fingers? I've checked it, but I found a different issue. It does allow you to select the item without zooming but the radio button is not filled, only the text becomes bold. 

    You seem to have embedded the form using the source codes. Please try our iframe method: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code and check if this resolves the problem. Still, let us know if not.

    I got it working in my registration section. http://www.utahgirlstacklefootball.com/registration 

    But now my volunteer JotForm - zooms in and only shows half of the form. This seems to only be a problem on my iPhone7. My samsung smartphone and tablet work fine. My MacBook pro laptop and PC at work work fine.

    I did the iFrame you suggested for both. Works good for the Registration section but not on the volunteer section.

    Any thoughts?
