Form was not saved after hours of work

I have spent about 6 hours making significant changes to my form today and your auto save feature failed and I've lost almost all of my work.

You need to find a way to be able to download the form, make changes and upload because for long forms like mine, your auto-save feature and numerous other features like moving elements around the page, dealing with conditions etc is laboriously slow and will often fail.

I'm really pissed that I've just wasted 6 hours of my life.

So much for easiest form builder available!

First of all, please make sure that you do not open the same form in multiple browser windows, otherwise the autosave option will override your saved form from another tab.

If your form was properly saved at some point, it is most likely that you can restore it with our Revision History tool, please follow the next guide.

How to view form revision history

We are currently working on a new version of the form builder JotForm V4, but it is still in beta so for complicated forms I would like to suggest using the current editor for now.
