How to post a submitted form on Facebook

Is it possible when someone has filled and submitted a form to me, then the form can directly submit to facebook?

Are you asking for the form to redirect your users  to a specific page on Facebook? If so, you can set up a Thank You page redirect, and it will redirect your users to the page you have specified:

If you are instead looking for a form submission to get posted directly to your own Facebook, we don't have such a functionality available. However, you might be able to achieve such a requirement through a third party service such as Zapier, which allows for connection between JotForm forms and other services such as Facebook:
