What is the difference between submissions and form views?

i would like to ask about the difference between the submissions and the monthly form view, and the number of submissions is it monthly or yearly.

When someone viewed your form, that will be counted over your Form Views limit. When someone submits your form, that will be counted over your monthly submissions limit.

Both are monthly limits.
