I have just completed my first template and published it, but in my report it says I have 1 submission but no details and when you try to submit the form I get the attached error.

That error happens because you already made a submission already and your form has a unique submissions enabled, particularly the Check cookies enabled:
This means that your browser has recognized that it had made a submission on that form. You can disable this so for your form to be able to receive multiple submissions coming from one user.
If you do not want to disable this, you can just delete the cookies from your browser, or use a different browser to make another submission.
