    Hellp jotform,

In the autoresponder email and the notification email, i want to hide the fields that were not filled by the user. However, for some reason, even after enabling the hide field options in setting, the emails still show the empty field. Pls. help

here is my form link: https://form.jotform.me/Topcrop/topcrop-customer-order-form

    THanks

This feature works on the default table content of the notification or autoresponder, if you alter it, the feature will not work.

Please try creating a new autoreponser enable the hide empty fields option, then fill your form to yourself in order to make sure it works. Let us know if you need more help.

    Thanks.

i didn't understand your second comment.

In my form, I'm showing 8 shoes which have a name to identify them. The user can select one or more of the product and choose their size and quantity to purchase. However, email doesn't identify which shoe has been selected by the user. Hence, i was forced to append "_name" next to quantity and shoe size.

however because of the edit, the "hide empty fields" option has stopped working. Is there a workaround where I can achieve both the things?

The only way would be specifying the name of the shoes in the labels of the Shoe Size drop downs, example:

So, you will be able to identify them in the email notification and autoresponder:
