How to hide image from email alert and display only upon approval?

Dear Sir

If is possible to hide particular image that when filler upload images? Say there are total 5 images that the filler will upload on the form, and one of the image can be hidden when I receive the form? so I only can read 4 of the images, the hidden image I can only read after I get filler approval.

I am not sure if I have understood your requirement correctly. 

I did check your form and found that you have one file upload field and 3 "Image Upload Preview" widget. Do you mean to say that you want to receive only 3 to be displayed in submission email and the last one should be displayed after submission is approved?

Though you cannot hide the field from your form's submission page but you can remove it from the submission email you receive after the form is submitted. You will have to remove the desired field from your form's email alert template. Please check the screenshot below how to edit your email alert: 

You can add another conditional email alert which will have all the upload fields and will be sent only when the submission is approved.
