Hello,
I have checked your account history and I have seen that your recipient email and also account email malvarez@casap.cat was in our bounce list as you can see the screenshots below:
That was the reason you did not receive submissions into your email address malvarez@casap.cat.
I have removed your email address from our bounce list. So that, you are able to receive emails normally now.
