How can i create dependent dropdown?

Hi,

I want to use your form into my website can you please describe that how i can achieve my goal.

My goal is to generate a dynamic form for particular user every time i need i can create different form for different user in which dependent and filterable dropdown should available like you had seen country state and city on the base of country select state list is displayed into the state dropdown it can be anything in place of country state and city.
