How can we fix glitch?

Shifted to bronze due to maxing out submission allowance. However can I request a look on the tick boxes? They don't work unless the people click on number of pieces or quantity. Many people are turned off and I am losing clients. Thanks.

This happened due to how you created  your fields since you put 1-6 for first product and 6-50 for the second product, a system will not allow you to select that product because quantity is less than what is available:

For example, I set for your first product range from 0 to 6 so you have to select one quantity of product in order to have that option checked:
