From what I currently understand you're having an issue with your forms not going to your email.
I see one of your forms only has an autoresponder on it which would only send to whichever email address is entered into the email field on your form to confirm the submission since that is how that particular feature functions.
And the other form you have with no submissions only has an email notification setup for it.
The email notification on the other hand is meant to respond to you with the submission data to alert you of new submissions.
Also, please note that the "Test Email" button will only send to your account email and not any other if you were using that during the time and you need to make sure you are filling it in and submitting it to yourself to test it more accurately.
