When people are filling in the forms it is not sending to the email address provided

    Pplease help, I haven't been receiving the applications when people fill in the form, it isn't coming through to the email address provided

    I checked our logs for the address in your form and the emails look to be sending from our end successfully.

    We are having some issues recently with JotForm emails are falling into spam folders of some of the email providers. Could you please check your email spam box? If JotForm emails are there, could you please select all of them and mark them as not spam.
