Hello. Can you someone help me PRETTY PLEASE:) I created a Jot form Employee Application form for our business. I'm the HR person so IT/Website development/programming is not my cup of tea but I finagled my way through it. My employee application WAS working just fine and now suddenly it's not and I don't know why. When applicants go under Career/the application pops up. On my Galaxy I can view the entire application, on I phones it cuts it off so you only see a small column (see attached examples)and you can't scroll around to complete required fields. It never used to do this. Can you PLEASE help! People are directed to this application to apply for a job and they can't do it now. I really appreciate your help!

The form should be mobile responsive by enabling the option Make This Form Responsive in the Form Designer. Please refer to the guides below that can help you in making the forms responsive.
