Duplicate submissions

    the form business registration when submitted submits twice, why?


    also when is your site going mobile?

    I cloned your form to test it and each submission only counted for a single submission.  The duplicate submission are quite close together, users may be pressing the back button after being redirected to PayPal.

    To ensure users only submit the form once, you can enable unique submissions for your form:

    I am also getting these.  I have spoken with submitters right after they submitted, each assures me everything appeared to be fine with submission, they did not click submit twice or hit any back button, etc.  We have been able to duplicate in our office, however it only happens every 5 or 6 times the form is submitted.  I was emailing with Jot Support however they have gone dark, stopped responding to me.  I am about to begin researching other form solutions.

    @answerfirst I checked our email logs and did not see any support emails from your account email address.  Your most recent forum thread looks to be 5 months ago. 

    If you wouldn't mind creating a new thread letting us know which form is receiving the duplicates, we will be happy to look into the cause.  Also, let us know if the form is embedded to a webpage so we can check it.

    It is a long email thread with you colleagues, however I have heard nothing else for a couple of days.  Here is the email address, which I believe includes the ticket number or at least a reference to my open ticket.


    If you prefer to give me an email address for you I will CC you in the thread.  For the first couple of days everyone with Jot Form was chiming in with low hanging fruit responses (much of the time it appears they were not reading the previous notes) then as soon as it gets more complex, everyone goes silent.  

    Very poor and frustrating support.  However, if you can help it would be much appreciated and maybe even keep me as a Jot customer.
