Spanish characters and possibly others, are being replaced with other characters when retrieved via API.

    Hi,

    Our survey is in Spanish language. We Are using the API from Python to retrieve and parse the information, and today (without any changes on our end) it turns out that all the column names now have non-Spanish symbols. This happens for the import process and also for the json files that we retrieve from the API. Have there been any changes on jotform's end?

    Though I am not sure if we have made any updates recently that would have caused this, I will forward it to our developers to have a look.  We will let you know via this thread as soon as we have further information.
