How to create an account?

    A department at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine has a JotForm account that they have been letting our department be a sub-user of but, our department is growing so we thought it would be best for us to get our own account.  So, how do I purchase our own account and is it possible to migrate forms from one account to another so I don't have to recreate what I have done.

    Is it possible to migrate forms from one account to another so I don't have to recreate what I have done?

    Yes, we can definitely assist you in transferring forms from one account to another. You just need to provide the form ID/titles/URLs and the user account where the form will be transferred to.

    For security and tracking purposes, the request should come from the username where the form belongs to.
