I have deleted all the additional submissions (neither person submitted more than once). This is a bit embarrassing to me - can you please tell me how this glitch is happening and how to stop it?
(specifically on Healthy holiday treats & for Barbara Robertson & Julie Wobbe (again, I deleted all the duplicate submissions for both of them already)

Do you mean to say that the form submitted users are receiving emails from JotForm? If so, could you let us know the email address and provide us with a copy of the email to investigate the issue further? I have checked the email log of the existing email address and see that there are no emails sent to these address. If you can provide us with the email addresses that are receiving the messages we can check it further.
