I am a Dwolla user who is trying to transition from Dwolla forms to JotForm. I followed all the instructions provided by Dwolla including creating a new JotForm, generating and providing API keys, and granting necessary permissions. The JotForm is embedded in my website and produces the following error message "Invalid application credentials. Please contact form owner."
Fix?

UPDATE: Unfortunately, Dwolla is discontinuing its product as of October 2018. But if you’re looking for an alternative to collect ACH payments through your forms, you can check out other great alternatives here.
I tested your form and I also encountered the "Invalid application credentials" error.
This error means that there is an issue with how the Dwolla account was setup in the form. Can you please check your Dwolla account ID and private keys to be sure they are correct and there are no empty spaces or extra characters. Make sure to input the keys that are from the application that was created on Dwolla. You may also refer to our guide here on Setting Up Dwolla Integration With JotForm
Please do let us know if you are still encountering the issue.
Regards.
