As a note, when you create a new dwolla type submission:
1) if you set it to sandbox mode and try to "use" the form, you get this unfriendly response:
ErrorInvalid application credentials. Please contact form owner2) it's odd that by default the "submit" button doesn't seem to imply that it'll be a redirect to dwolla, not a payment via dwolla, it feels odd somehow...
3) Might be nice to have more better explicit directions on how to set it up somewhere.
Cheers!

UPDATE: Unfortunately, Dwolla is discontinuing its product as of October 2018. But if you’re looking for an alternative to collect ACH payments through your forms, you can check out other great alternatives here.
1) if you set it to sandbox mode and try to "use" the form, you get this unfriendly response:
ErrorInvalid application credentials. Please contact form ownerYou are having such error because you enabled "Sandbox Mode" but you are testing using a non-sandbox Dwolla account or a Test account. The Dwolla Merchant ID, Application Key, and Application Secret Key should come from a sandbox account when in sandbox mode.
You can create a Dwolla sandbox account through this sign-up page: https://uat.dwolla.com/Sandbox
2) it's odd that by default the "submit" button doesn't seem to imply that it'll be a redirect to dwolla, not a payment via dwolla, it feels odd somehow...
Unfortunately, unlike PayPal Integration, Dwolla doesn't have a way to change the checkout logo.
However, there is workaround that you can do to change the submit button image.
Here's the link I've used for the image: https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/2XcJtgpZy-8Pfhos2hcrRG-R_OdxLThzVCKlTLYpxj5yREIWgS4dENT8tQ2Q2RqeTrWmiSxEY6rIX8Tnk72BBxCfN35OJaJyekOjxmWlMfZN0nrFiG_MAnKTg54dxu6UK6b1xwi4
3) Might be nice to have more better explicit directions on how to set it up somewhere.
Below are some of the guides that you can use in setting up your Dwolla sandbox account.

You may need to create a sandbox master account to have multiple test account and test processes.

I hope this helps. Please feel free to contact us again anytime if you have other questions or concerns regarding this.
Thank you.
